What is Bookmark Care Network?

Bookmark Care Network is a MassHealth Plan.

You get all the same health plan features you have from MassHealth, plus you get additional benefits as a Bookmark Care Network member.

With access to programs and services at no additional cost to manage health issues like asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD, depression, and anxiety, you'll have the support and resources you need to manage your physical health, behavioral health, and social service needs.

Bookmark Care Network may also support you in finding local social services like transportation, clothing, housing, food, and more.

Yes. You will continue to receive care from your primary care doctor because your doctor is part of Bookmark Care Network.

Bookmark Care Network has over 3,000 doctors. In addition to doctors, our nurses, social workers, and pharmacists are here to listen to your needs and provide the very best care.

If you would like to find a new doctor, please call the Bookmark Medical Patient Support team at 1-855-860-4949. Team members are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM EST.

You will keep your current MassHealth ID card (the card with the picture of Massachusetts on it), and you’ll also receive a member ID card from Bookmark Care Network. Starting March 1, please bring both cards to all of your appointments.
